1.cut the tube according to the length need.You will use our tube cutting machine, such as CT-15/30, ZCT-40.
2.coil the resitance wire into spiral coil - RS328B and RS328 PLC are ok.
3.install plastic sealer to the bottom terminal pin - sealer install machine.
4.weld the resistance wire with terminal pins - welding machine.
5.fill MGO powder and put the resitance wire with terminal pin in the middle of the pipe and stretching - filling machine.
6.reduce heater to increase density - SG roll reducing machines.
7.trim the end of heater, let the terminl pin outside - trimming machine.
8.if need bend to different shapes, maybe need anneal and bending machine.
