Q: Can I check machines before shipment?
A: Yes. We recommend customers come to check before shipment, besides, when visit us, can learn how to use the machines well and know more our machines.

Q: Will you ship abroad?
A: Yes, we do.

Q: What warranty for your machines? 
A: We offer 1 year warranty except easily broken parts or humen broken. And lifelong technology service. After warranty, if need to change accessories or repair, little repair charge will required.

Q: Why i find some price in Chinese version a little cheaper than English versin?
A: That is when send abroad, there is some charge some as FOB charge, Fumigation Certificate require. Further more, for some machines, we use better accessories for oversea orders. Because if any accessories not run well, if you require to send one accessory to abroad, the cost is very expensive.

Q: Can I visit your factory?
A: Yes, you are welcome to visit our factory any time. Before coming, pls do contact us then we can arrange.

Q: How can i go to visit u?
A: You can take train to Duanzhou Station via Guangzhou - Foshan - Zhaoqing urban rail, or take take train to Zhaoqing Dong. When you arrive to Zhaoqing, you can take taix to go to our factory. Before your coming, pls do tell us then we can arrange well and avoid holiday such as weekend or Chinese holidys.

Q: Is there a port near you?
A: Yes, there is Zhaoqing Port (San Rong Port) near us. If send from Zhaoqing Port, the freight charge maybe a little expensive than Guangzhou port or Shenzhen port, however, the FOB charge will be much competitive. Further more, we can also send from other port such as Guagnzhou, Shenzhen. But FOB charge maybe a little expensive.

Q: I can not find freight agent in Zhaoqing, can you help me?
A: Yes, we cooperate well with freight agents in Zhaoqing. And can recommend to you.

Q: What payment method you accept?
A: Usually we acctept T/T. (30% - 50% advance, and balance before shipment. For some small amount, most of the customers will also pay full payment before production)

Q: If we do not know how to operate the machine, how to do?
A: Pls follow our instruction. If can not operate the machine well, pls take us pic and video and email to us, then we can solve the problem quickly.
